The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision as necessary to test, inspect and certify boilers and pressure vessels by a certified Inspector. Currently 4 boilers and 66 pressure vessels require services. The quantities may be increased or decreased during the contract term. Copies of a State Certificate of Competency (or letter from a member jurisdiction of the NBBI certifying the individual has passed the NBBI examination) and Authorization to Inspect (from LANTDIVNAVFACENGCOM) must accompany the offer. Only the offerors providing the required documentation with their offer may qualify for award consideration. The period of performance is one calendar year, with the option for additional option period not to exceed a total of 5 calendar years. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. (0114)
