The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, facilities and transportation necessary to install, verify accurate operation, train operators and maintenance personnel to install two Laser Systems for the F-15 Test Cells located at Kelly AFB, TX. These Laser devices, referred to as "Over Speed Protection System", provides emergency shut down of test cells in the event of excessive output shaft revolutions per minute (RPM). Test Cells are devoted to testing of newly assembled Jet Fuel Starters (JFS) and Central Gear Boxes (CGB) for the F-15 Aircraft. Requirements includes Laser system, installation, documentation, training, and spare parts. This will be a firm fixed price fixed quantity contract. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements.
