The Marine Corps Reqional Contracting Office (Midwest) has a requirement for the demolition and removal of a 4,541 SF, permanent one story wood structure, located at Richards-Gebaur, Memorial Airport, Kansas City, MO. Work requirement will include but not be limited to, demolition, removal, disposal of wood structure with wood floors, concrete crawl space, concrete foundation walls and footing, built-up roof over wood members, lead lined X-Ray rooms, concrete stoops, 700 feet of sidewalks, 13 steps, utilities and associated building service equipment (structure contains asbestos and lead paint). Simplified acquistion procedures will be used and the award will be based on price and price related factors.
