Hamel, Contracting Officer The National Imagery and Mapping Agency has a need for Foundation Geospatial Information Production of these four types of information: Controlled Image Base (CIB), Digital Point Positioning Data Base (DPPDB), Digital Terrain Elevation Data Level 2 (DTED2) and Foundation Feature Data (FFD) to support its on-going mission. This requirement is limited in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) to competition among those offerors who have successfully completed the Geospatial Information Demonstration awarded under Solicitation NMA302-97-R-0004. A pre-proposal conference may be held on or about 21-22 May 1998 if deemed necessary. NIMA anticipates that the solicitation will be released on or about 15 May 1998.
