Bus transportation of 300 passengers from Naval Station Everett, Washington to the Washington State Ferry Terminal, Seattle, Washington, each weekday morning with return trip to Everett each weekday afternoon. Bus service expected to commence 01 April 1999 for a maximum period of nine months, with estimated usage of six months during that period. Contractor is responsible for bus drivers, fuel, maintenance, and compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Buses shall be furnished with high-back reclining seats, equipped with a restroom, and will be air conditioned. In accordance with DOD Regulation 4500.9-R, only bus carriers qualified by the Military Traffic Management Command are eligible for contract award. Contract type will be Firm, Fixed-Price Requirements type awarded under procedures for commercial (FAR Part 12) services. The Service Contract Act applies.
