PRESOLICITATION NOTIEC has been issued. The work will include demolition of existing walls, floor systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, fire protection systems and medical gas distribution systems. The Amsurg Recovery Area will comprise of an open recovery area including six beds and six chairs and space for a nurses station, a man's change room with toilet facility, a woman's change room with toilet facility, and a pre-op area with three beds. The new Amsurg Recovery Area will be fully protected with a new wet pipe sprinkler system as well as a fire alarm system. The space will also be provided with all necessary systems required to support the function such as curtain and IV track systems, communication systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and wall mounted patient service modules for medical equipment, medical gas systems, and electrical systems. Performance period is 180 calendar days. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment complete in accordance with the plans and specifications.
