Sources Sought: The Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM)and C4IEW Logistics Readiness Center are seeking sources which can provide a build to specification whip antenna assembly P/O REMBASS and IREMBASS sensors DT-561, DT-562, and DT-565. Technical data/specification will be provided on CD-ROM upon release of the solicitation/RFQ. Estimated quantity: 275 each. Delivery: 138 each to New Cumberland, PA; and, 137 each to Lathrop, CA. Required delivery schedule: all items to be delivered no later than 30 October 1998 (early deliveries/partial shipments, at no additional cost to the Government, are desired). This item has been previously procured as follows: on Contract DAAB07-92-C-M428, quantity 773 each, unit price $78.00; on Contract DAAB07-91-C-M360, quantity 400 each, unit price $53.63; and, on Contract DAAL01-85-C-0633, quantity 100 each, unit price $62.00. This is a market survey requesting information only. If there is any resultant solicitation, it will be publicized in accordance with FAR Part 5. This survey is also issued IAW the requirements of FAR Part 10 to determine the applicability of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
