In addition to establishing a Virtual Office (VO) for the Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV) program office that will utilize and enhance the existing Command Automated Program/Information System (CAPS) data and model developed by MARCORSYSCOM Programs, Analysis and Evaluation (PA&E) and PDS, the contractor will be responsible for creating and implementing an Acquisition Logistics Toolkit for the Acquisition Logistics Branch for Program Support. This Acquisition Logistics Toolkit will permit users to exchange data back and forth between the Integrated Product Team (IPT) team members and CAPS. It will also allow the Acquisition Logistics Branch to expand upon the existing Program Support section of MARCORSYSCOM's web site and leverage the capabilities within the CAPS and the AAV VO. No RFP is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties are encouraged to submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement within 15 days of this announcement to the Contact Person listed above.
