R -- MODIFICATION TO THE RESPONSE CENTER SERVICES CONTRACT FOR COMMUNITY ORIENTED POLICING SERVICES POC Douglas Redding, Contracting Officer (202) 307-1962 The Department of Justice (DOJ) intends to negotiate a modification to Contract No. 97-C-0079, entitled Response Center Services for the Community Oriented Policing Services with Aspen Systems Corporation, 2277 Research Boulevard, Rockville, MD 20850. This modification will augment the services currently provided under the contract by creating a Contract Service Response Team (CSRT) that will support and provide financial technical assistance to grantees of the criminal justice community in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, and the Pacific Rim Territories. This requirement will only be fulfilled under the contract for a period of 18 months commencing in June 1998. Additional support requirements will include: Computer Operations, Financial CSRT Representatives, User Mail Lists, User Survey and Editorial and Graphic Services. No solicitation is available since DOJ intends to negotiate a contract modification with Aspen.
