The United States Navy will require tug services for the Great Lakes region from mid-June through early September in the following ports: Ogdensburg, Port Huron, St. Ignace, Milwaukee, Chicago, Muskeegan, Sault Ste Marie, Duluth, Windsor, Erie, Cleveland, Oswego, and Norfolk. Tugs shall be capable of working around and with an Oliver Hazard Perry Class (FFG) vessel. It is anticipated that the solicitation style will be TUGWORK 98 utilizing the new FAR Part 12 procedures.
