The Alaska Area Native Health Service at 4315 Diplomacy Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99508 intends to procure basic life support ambulance ground transport, in-house lifting and transport of patients, and ground patient transportation and non-medical escort service including scheduled airport shuttle and ambulatory and wheelchair assisted patient transport. All transports shall be required to meet local Anchorage Municipality ordinances and Alaska Native Medical Center policies and procedures. These services will be for a base period of one year with options to extend for an additional four one year periods.
