Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for road maintenance of existing roads, reconstruction of existing roads, the building of new roads, placement of rock on existing and new roads, and replacement of two culverts. Work may require blasting or ripping of bedrock for road construction. Location: Work under this Contract is located in Kootenai County, Idaho. The work site is located approximately 20 miles south of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho on Highway 95 then four miles east on the Bitter County Road. The work locations are shown on the drawings. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 50% payment bond is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
