The work to be accomplished includes the following items: (1) Remove existing rails and rail clips from the service bridge; (2) Remove existing paint and lead based primer (located under each rail) from service bridge; (3) Transport and install Government-furnished rail clips; (4) Surface preparation, metallize and paint the tops of the bridge beams and rails; (5) Reinstall rails on bridge; and (6) Fabricate, finish and install new crane stops.
