Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and material and perform all work associated with providing a lightning protection system, replacing electrical system equipment, providing transient voltage surge suppression (TVSS), and all required accessories at building 23, 34 Elm Street, Langley AFB, VA. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and terms of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. SIC is 1731.
