The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to pressure test the Petroleum, Oil and Lubrication (POL) lines and the loading arms for various locations within of (50) mile radius of the Navy Public Works Center, Norfolk, Virginia. These locations include, but are not limited to, the Coast Guard Station at Yorktown, Virginia; Craney Island, Portsmouth, Virginia; and other areas at both Little Creek and Norfolk. The work also includes performing preventive maintenance for the loading arms, and performing indefinite quantity work items of maintenance, repair and minor construction designated by the Contracting Officer. This solicitation is for a base period of twelve months with option periods available for up to an additional (48) months, not-to-exceed (60) months. Options may be exercised for less than (12) months at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. This procurement is a combination firm fixed price, indefinite quantity type contract and is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
