These services are for a development plan to house the ATF Headquarters Facility. The facility is authorized to provide up to 422,000 gross square feet of space and associated parking spaces on a site in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. The selected Developer is expected to work with GSA/ATF during a period of joint due diligence. During that time the parties will prepare a development plan for the ATF project. It is also expected that the plan will outline the terms of a development agreement for proceeding with execution of the plan. Evaluation criteria include Key Personnel, Client Satisfaction/Past Performance,Relevant Project Experience/Project Management Approach, Experience in Community Relations, and Price.
