It is the intent of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to award multiple firm-fixed price, requirements contracts (one for each geographic area) for the services of on-site field review of appraisals. The services will consist of performing an on-site review of the appraisals which have been completed by the HUD Roster Appraisers to determine accuracy and quality of the appraisals on its single-family (one to four units) properties. The reviews will consist of 100% exterior reviews and of those exterior reviews, 20% will also require interior reviews. This service is for the HUD Denver, CO Home Ownership Center (HOC). The geographic area under the jurisdiction of the HOC are the states of Montana, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. This is a full and open competition. The period of performance will be for one (1) base year with two (2) one-year options. Solicitation R-DEN-00414 will be a negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) procurement and will only be available by downloading the solicitation from the HUD Contracting Web Page.
