Description: The contract shall be for visual information services, including but not limited to photography, graphics, electronic imaging, and other related visual services. This request for proposal will result in a firm fixed price contract for a base year plus three one-year options. The government will provide facilities and equipment. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The small business concern and its affiliates cannot exceed an average annual receipt for the preceding three fiscal years of $5,000,000.00 under the standard industrial classification of 7221. This solicitation will be issued as a best value procurement, and will be conducted in accordance with the new federal acquisition regulation part 15 guidance.
