The National Institute of Mental Health proposes to issue a solicitation (RFP) No. NIMH-98-OS-0007 entitled "Editorial and Electronic Communications Support" as Small Business Set-Aside under SIC Code 2741. The NIMH plans to award a one year (with four one-year options) cost-reimbursement contract, and plans to make the award by September 30, 1998. This is a similar requirement to NIMH Contract N01MH40004 currently held by Editorial Experts, Inc. The purpose of this requirement is to provide the necessary editorial support services (including writing manuscripts, rewriting, editing, proofreading, indexing, desktop publishing, Spanish translation, and production of graphics) and electronic communications support services (including hypertext markup language conversion and related activities to prepare texts and audiovisual materials for display on the World Wide Web, Web site design and maintenance and updating, and ListServe services.) Request for Proposal (RFP) No. NIMH-98-OS-0007 will be available onor about May 13, 1998 and the receipt date of proposal on or about June 15, 1998.
