The contractor agrees to perform all work called for under this contract, including furnishing all material, labor and equipment to Design/Build an 18,795 sf Post Office including all site development of a 4.64 +/- Acre site, located in Eldersburg, Maryland, Carroll County. Building to be designed to meet 1998 USPS Building Desing Standards. The green addendum included int he 1998 Medium Standard Building Design (MSBD) specifications is not required for this solicitation. The schematic provided as part of this solicitation is based on 1997 Building Design Standards. The contractor is responsible to update the final construction documents to 1998 Buliding Design Standards. Contractors who previously requested the solicitation package for Sykesville, MD will receive plans and specifications as soon as they are available. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT AN ADDITIONAL REQUEST.
