Construction of temporary lodging facilities at Altus AFB, OK consisting of two one-story buildings supporting a total of 20 units (10 one bedrooms and 10 two bedrooms) with exterior entrances and a new service building. The living units consist of motel/hotel type units with kitchen, bathroom, sleeping and living area in each unit. The building will have a standing seam metal roof, wood frame structure, brick exterior and split system DX units with natural gas. Aslo included will be parking facilities, utilities, access drives, and landscaping. Each TLF building is approximately 7563 sf and the service building is approximately 1114 sf.
