The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary for the demolition and replacement of Portland cement concrete airfeild pavement and other work to repair "A" ramp at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The work will involve the total demolition and removal without damage to adjacent pavement of 16 inches thick slabs and 9-inch thick base course, preparation of base a placing new concrete pavement including joint seals. The total area of concrete pavement replaced will be approximately 24,000 square yards. The project will include option bid items with a potential of up to an additional 37,000 square yards of concrete pavement removed and replaced. There will be additional work to repave a small section of asphalt cement concrete shoulder and all other work associated with this type of project. This will be a firm fixed price type contract. This work will be located at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The total performance period for this project will be 150 days for base bid. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
