Air conditioning upgrade for one (1) Sikorsky VH-3A and three (3) Agusta AS-61 aircraft for the Egyptian Air Force. The upgrade will replace the current air conditioning system with a Vapor Cycle System (VCS) which has improved reliability, air distribution, environmental stability and is non-ozone depleting. The contractor will also provide user maintenance training, engineering analyses and installation assistance. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Aero Aire Corporation, 376 Patricia Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698. This system will provide the U.S. Navy configuration management and maintainability. Note 22 applies. (0119)
