The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, Condor Systems, Incorporated for San Jose California in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own a complete drawing package adequate for competition of the items. Delivery of the items will be required 180 days after contract award. Inspection and acceptance is to be at source with delivery f.o.b. destination to NSWC Crane, Crane, IN. Request For Proposal N00164-98-R-0067 is to be issued on or about 25 May 98.
