The United States Government has a requirement for 5 each Fan Overheat Fault Function Panel, Litton Guidance Systems Part Number 837173-5 with an option for 3 each and 3 each Master Caution Panel fault Function Panel, Litton Guidance Systems Part Number 837171-7 with an option for 2 each. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, Litton Guidance Systems of Woodland Hills California in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own a complete drawing package adequate for competition of the items. Delivery of the items will be required 280 days after contract award. Inspection and acceptance is to be at source with delivery f.o.b. destination to NSWC Crane, Crane, IN. Request For Proposal N00164-98-R-0091 is to be issued on or about 25 May 98.
