This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued Request for Quotation (RFQ No 009069). The solicitation clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-01. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 3826. This requirement is set aside for small business, the size standard is 750 employees. The Food and Drug Administration's (FDA's) has a requirement for (1) Asted XL Automated Sample Preparation System, for on-line deproteinization. This equipment allows separation of drug residues from biological fluids. Other back-up equipment includes: (1) 402 Syringe Pump, dual module, (1) Substitute 370 UL dialyser block, (1) Code 30p Rack 60 12x32mm vial, (1) Dialyser block, 100ul, (1) Kit for mounting 2 Dialyser blocks, (2) 5ml Syringe for 402 Pump. This equipment will be install by the vendor which also must provide instructions on the use of the equipment. This equipment must include a standard warranty of one (1) year on parts and labor.
