Joe Milburn Project involves management of the electrical training and maintenance program. The contractor shall be responsible for the supervision and training of up to 20 co-ed students. Training shall include: commercial, industrial, and residential electrical construction. Contractor shall be required to perform center electrical maintenance. The contractor shall be asked to play an active roll in assisting with task forces, panels, groups which affect the electrical shop and students in relation to the overall Job Corps program.
