The work of this project is the construction of tenant improvements within an existing modular building shell. Work includes metal wall framing, gypsum wallboard, interior painting, resilient flooring, acoustical tile ceiling systems, steel doors and frames, toilet and restroom accessories, insulation, and complete mechanical and electrical systems. All work will be performed under a single contract. Location of the work is at the South Rim, Grand Canyon National Park, approximately 60 miles north of Williams, Arizona on State Route 64. The National Park Service, Grand Canyon National Park, welcomes and encourages small, small disadvantaged and women-owned business concerns to participate.
