The period of performance for this project is 180 calendar days from the date of award. The Government will hold a site visit for all interested sources. The contractor should make an on site visit to evaluate the project to determine the extent of the repairs/work to be completed prior to submitting their proposal. The approximate issue date will be 29 May 98 with the approximate response date of 30 Jun 98. The cost range for this project is approximately $100,000 to $250,000.
