The work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for and incidental to the installation, removal and/or disposal of underground and aboveground storage tank systems at various leased and postal-owned facilities located in the States of North Carolina and South Carolina. The contract will be for a two-year period. The total quantity of work ordered during the term of this contract will not be less than $10,000 nor more than $3,000,000. The initial contract value is $250,000 and the Postal Service reserves the option to increase the potential value of the contract, as deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer, not to exceed $3,000,000. Specific work orders will be issued by the Contracting Officer in accordance with the unit price schedule and specifications. The maximum amount of any work order is $250,000; the minimum amount is $500. At the discretion of the Contracting Officer, one or more contracts may be awarded.
