hereby amended to correct the following: At the Government's request,
the offeror which is determined to offer the best or greatest value to
the Government, will be requested to submit a material sample of (4)
rolls of areogramme paper for Government test and evaluation. If the
material sample is determined to be acceptable (meet all of the
technical requirements of the specification), then that offeror will be
selected for contract award, provided their proposed prices are
determined to be fair and reasonable. If the material sample is
determined not to be acceptable, then that offeror will be eliminated
from the competition. The Government will request a material sample
from the next offeror in the order of ranking. Offerors that fail to
submit a complete offer or take exception to the terms and conditions
of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. All responsible
sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
