LeQuang, Contracting Officer, 202/708-7654 The U.S. Department of Education, Office of the Undersecretary, requires a contractor to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Magnet Schools Assistance Program (MSAP). The purpose of this evaluation is to provide Congress, the MSAP, and other policy makers with information regarding the uses, successes, problems, and various other issues associated with federally funded magnet schools. The evaluation of the MSAP will span three years of the 1998 MSAP grant cycle. The duration of this contract is expected to be 60 months. Requests for copies of the RFP may be made by telephone, mail,telegram, Internet, or in person. All requests shall reference the RFP number (ED-98-R-0010) and title.
