The following description replaces that previously transmitted: "Project consists of demolishing eight buildings at McMahon Wrinkle Airpark (Formerly Webb Air Force Base) in Big Spring, Texas, with subsequent removal and disposal of building debris away from the site. The approximate square footage of all buildings is 74,450 S.F. Handling, removal, and disposal of asbestos containing materials and items containing lead-based paint will also be required. Earthwork will be required which consists of regrading the building sites after demolition and filling in void remaining after demolition of the slabs.
