Presolicitation Notice for furnishing all labor and materials necessary to provide a 1232 square foot (28' X 44') office addition at J. Clark Salyer National Wildlife Refuge in Upham North Dakota. Work includes the installation of a grade beam foundation system with a connecting corridor to the existing building, a foundation drainage system with sump pump, western platform frame wood construction, exterior entry deck with concrete walks, and a dual fuel HVAC system. All exterior finish work shall match the existing building. All work of this contract shall comply with the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 1, 1998. Performance period is 120 calendar days and work is scheduled for completion during this calendar year. Acquisition will be open to large and small businesses. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. There is no charge for solicitation documents. Plans will be available for inspection without charge at J.
