Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028 The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) intends to award a purchase order to Caterpiller, Inc. This requirement is to provide a Grapple for an Excavator that is a designated accessory to a previously obtained item of Caterpillar equipment. DSWA believes that Caterpillar is the only source possessing the required capabilities to fill this purchase order. Interested parties shall submit a written response, to include sufficient technical data, prices, capabilities, and any other pertinent data so that their capability to meet the Government's requirements may be determined.
