Mogawer to continue the study entitled "VALIDATION OF SUPERPAVE TESTS AND OTHER LABORATORY MIXTURE TESTS." This study involves using the FHWA Accelerated Loading Facility (ALF) located in McLean VA and will run through the Year 2000. Dr. Mogawer is uniquely qualified to conduct this study because of his extensive experience working with the ALF. He has performed previous studies concerning the ALF and the Asphalt Mixture Analysis program. Dr. Mogawer is the only known person who can perform the work in a timely manner without extensive training and orientation with this facilities.
