The GSA, FTS, Pacific Rim Region, intends to competitively acquire local telecommunications services for Federal agencies in Guam, to include voice, data, ISDN, and networking capabilities. A fixed-price, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract with provisions for annual economic price adjustments will be awarded for an initial period of five years and additional five option years for a total contract life of 10 years. Anticipated issue date for the RFP is 6/1/98; closing date for receipt of proposals is 7/1/98. A preproposal conference will be held in San Francisco on 6/10/98 and site visits will be scheduled for the week of 6/15. These dates are subject to change without notice.
