This effort is for contractor operated depot repair of HELLFIRE Test Set Guided Missile Systems (TSGMS), its secondary items, supporting assemblies, assemblies/subassemblies. The basic effort covered under contract DAAH01-97-C-0338 provides for the repair of Army items that become unserviceable from 1 October January 1997 through 30 September 2000. This proposed effort will add additional U.S. Army options, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) options administratively to contract DAAH01-97-C-0338. RFP will be issued to Marvin Engineering Company Incorporated, 260 W. Beach Avenue, Inglewood, CA 90303-2903. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
