York VA Medical Center, Murfreesboro, Tennessee has a requirement for design/build services. Contract shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools and equipment necessary to provide design and construction services for project 98-101, Replace Energy Management System. Design will include all work necessary to provide detailed drawings and specifications. All offerors will be required to submit both technical and price proposals. All other essential requirements are outlined in the solicitation documents, which will be available on or about May 19, 1998. Estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Proposal Closing date is June 25, 1998, 2 PM CST.
