Baggett Eglin AFB FL has a requirement for Upgrade HVAC/Electrical, Building 1377, Eglin AFB FL. Bid opening date of 30 June 1998 is only an estimated date. In general, work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and performing all operations in connection with installing new wiring, lighting, A/Cunningham units. The work will require demo of existing HVAC systems, electrical and minor architecture removal and installation of an air handling unit closet, as indicated in the specifications. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Performance period is 75 calendar days. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
