The proposed contract action is to extend the period of performance under existing JOC Number DACA05-94-D-0006 with Brown & Root Services Corporation, for a period of 92 calendar days, from 1 July through 30 September 1998. Increased capacity, beyond what was established in the original contract award, is not required. The reason for this action is to provide continuity in JOC construction services, through the end of FY98, for the real property maintenance and repair of facilities at Fort Ord and the Presidio of Monterey.
