The Government intends to enter into negotiations with McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO 63166, under the authority of U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognize and produce the required items may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
