SUPPORT CENTER, Sbuford@psc.dhhs.gov. The Program Support Center has a
requirement for the District of Columbia, Department of Health,
Addiction Prevention and Recovery Administration (APRA) to establish
and operate two Substance Abuse Prevention Centers for youths ages 8
through 14 and their parents in the District of Columbia. One center
shall be in Ward 7 and a second in Ward 8. The center shall provide
Primary and Secondary Prevention Services in the District of Columbia,
six days a week, Monday through Saturday. The term of this requirement
is anticipated to be 60 months (base period and option periods). A
request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued seeking organizations to
provide the services approximately fifteen (15) days after issuance of
this notice. The closing date will be approximately thirty (30) days
after issuance of the RFP. Requests for RFP Number 213-98-1012 must be
