The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism is soliciting for a contractor to perform "Conference Support for the Alcohol Research Utilization System (ARUS)." The purpose of ARUS is to procure support services for managing the logistic activities of the Alcohol Research Utilization System (ARUS) which will include arranging for convenient and cost-effective meeting facilities, travel, lodging, meals, honoraria and other details such as maintaining a master mailing list, mailing proceedings, distributing summary proceedings of meetings and workshops, and preparing audio and video tapes. A five year cost plus fixed fee contract is contemplated. Requests for solicitation documents must be made in writing -- telephone requests are not acceptable.
