R -- PROGRAM ANALYSIS AND CONTROL NASA/GSFC intends to award a contract for Program Analysis and Control support to the Flight Projects Directorate at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, located in Greenbelt Maryland. Services include, but are not limited to, configuration management, scheduling and planning, and management information systems in support of the planning, managing, and executing of flight activity in the Flight Projects Directorate and supporting directorates. The anticipated period of performance will be 5 years, including a 3-year basic contract with one two-year option period. This will be a performance-based contract. NASA/GSFC plans to compete this procurement among 8(a) businesses under SIC Code 8711, Engineering Services. Discussions with industry are limited at this time. A draft solicitation will be released on or about May 22, 1998 and industry will have approximately 18 days to respond with comments.
