The Peace Corps plans to award a short term contract (85 days or less) fixed price contract for an upcoming pre-service trainer in Ghana. The Contractor shall be responsible for the overall design, facilitation, and implementation of Peace Corps pre-serivce training for incoming volunteers. Contractor shall provide guidance, staff training, design, evaluation, and appropriate training techniques. Contractor must possess extensive overseas training experience, management and organizational skills, and considerable experience in designing and conducting experimental community based training (CBT), group facilitation, and stand up training.
