REQUESTS FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) ARE EXPECTED TO BE ISSUED ON 8 JUNE 1998. WRITTEN PROPOSALS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 9 JULY 1998, by 4:30 PM, Guam date and time. The work includes all labor, material, equipment, shipping and transportation, safety controls, and supervision necessary to perform demolition and repair of existing roofing systems and installation of new roofing systems, plus incidental related work. Contract minimum is $100,000. MULTIPLE CONTRACTS MAY BE AWARDED. Contract term is twelve (12) months or until the maximum amount of work has been ordered, which ever comes first. The estimated range is more than $10,000,000 (more than ten million dollars). Proposals will be evaluated based on evaluation factors included in the RFP. The Goverment intends to award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions. The SIC code is 1761, with a size standard of $7.0 million. This procurement is not restricted to small business. RFP's will be issued based on written requests only, either mailed or faxed. (0123)
