Removal and replacement of old or damaged roofing and associated vents, flashing, gutters, and downspouts as required. Demolition and disposal of debris, testing of roofing systems. Provide accurate "red-lined" and "as-built" drawings for future use. All other work shown on drawings and or miscellaneous incidental work not shown, that may be required to complete the project. Performance period will be 90 calendar days for mobilization, submittals and material procurement and 60 to 120 calendar days for each delivery order issued depending on the complexity of the project. The magnitude of construction is approximately between $500,000 to $1,000,000.00. The contract type contemplated for this requirement is Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Offers solicited on an unrestricted basis. There is a charge for this solicitation in the amount of $80.00. You must make a company check payable to U.S. Department of Treasury. Offerors are encouraged to furnish their Federal Express or DHL account numbers to expedite delivery. The Government may elect to award multiple IDIQ contracts to two or more responsible sources under this solicitation unless the Government determines, after evaluation of offers, that only one offeror is capable of providing the construction services at the level of quality required.
