Dickey, (605)353-9215 The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove existing window units, air conditioners, interior wall surfacings, bathroom fixtures, walls, paint from overhead doors and concrete stem wall, and roof ventilators; install/construct window units, batt and board insulation, gypsum board, bathroom fixtures and piping, cabinets and countertop, interior walls, metal sheeting, seal joints and cracks in concrete stem wall, ventilators, air conditioning and heating system; and paint overhead doors and walls. This project is located in Cass County, North Dakota. The standard industrial classification code for this project is 1541. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis . All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $100,000 and $500,000. All work shall be completed within 150 calendar days after receipt of a "Notice to Proceed". This solicitation will be issued on or about May 22, 1998.
