Request for information/sources sought: The Unmanned Ground Vehicles/Systems Joint Project Office (UGV/S JPO) is requesting information/sources sought to address the requirement for approximately forty (40) unmanned, (L) RCSS vehicles, each with a safety-certified transport trailer for use with a heavy HMMWV. Each 2,500 lb (L) RCSS mini-flail must be equipped with the following capabilities or features: rotary chain flail head as the primary attachment for the purpose of Anti-Personnel (AP) mine clearing and frequency band; 24 volt electrical system; armor-capable protection; removable tracks; heavy-fuel engine; emergency stop device to assure safety during operation or maintenance; and attachable hydraulic and hand-operated contruction tools including tamper, post picket driver and wire shears.
